            collect, or process any personally identifiable information from your searches.

Search Queries: When you use our HS Code search or bookmarklet, your product descriptions are processed in real-time and are NOT stored on our servers. We hash descriptions (one-way encryption) for caching purposes only.

Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage statistics (page views, browser type, country) using privacy-respecting analytics to improve our service.

Issue Reports: If you submit an issue report via our form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide (issue type, description, email if provided).

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Personal identification data (name, address, phone)
ICEGATE login credentials
Financial or payment information
Cookies for tracking or advertising purposes

3. How We Use Information

To provide accurate HS Code classification results
To improve our classification algorithm
To respond to user-submitted issue reports

4. The Bookmarklet

The Vatayan HS Classifier bookmarklet runs entirely in your browser. It:

Only activates on ICEGATE pages when you click it
Sends product descriptions to our API for classification
Does NOT access, store, or transmit your login credentials
Does NOT modify any data on ICEGATE forms automatically

5. Data Security

All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. Our servers are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security practices.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Formspree: For processing issue reports (their privacy policy)
Cloudflare: For CDN and security (their privacy policy)

7. Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data, there's nothing to delete or export. If you've submitted an issue report and want it removed, contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
